The sphere of the professional activity of the specialist: participation in the development and production of electronic devices; installation, testing of electronic devices in the manufactories and laboratories as an technologist, the master of a production site, electronics on service of electronic devices. Specialists know the principles of the operation of electronic computers and units, the construction of functional and basic electrical circuits, the main characteristics of electronic devices, the technology of device production, the principles for setting up units and devices; how to use technical drawings, develop nodes and devices, perform assembly, installation and adjustment of electronic computers, correctly use measuring technology, use computer technology in managing technological processes.

The education provides the receiving the qualification of a technician-electronic and not less than one profession of a worker «The installer of radio-electronic equipment and devices»-4 th grade.

2-41 01 02 «Micro and Nanoelectronic technologies and systems»

The admission on this specialty is realized from the number of the graduates of the basic schools (the base of 9 classes). 

Granted qualification - technician-technologist. 

The term of studies - 3 years 10 months.

The specialists are prepared to participate in the development and production of radioelectronic equipment, the improvement of the design and production technology of micro and nanoelectronic devices in the plants. They can work at a position of a technician, a master of a production site, a design technician, an assembler and a controller of micro and nanoelectronic devices.

The students have an opportunity to receive working profession/employee: 

• «Plasma chemical process operator» - 4-5th grade.
• «Diffusion Process Operator» - 4th grade.
• «Precision photolithography operator» - 4rd grade. 
• «Elion Processes Operator» - 4-5th grade.

The result of the training is a degree project, during which students carry out graduate projects of experimental design, research and development.

The sphere of professional activity of a specialist is the industrial enterprises of the Republic of Belarus.

Distance form of the education - on-the-job training, which provides an opportunity for everyone who has the desire to rise to any educational level, regardless of place of residence, social origin, gender and age.
